Auditions for the 2017 season of “Tablerock’s Fright Trail” and “A Christmas Carol” will be held on from 3-5 p.m. Sept 23-24. Auditions will be held both days at Tablerock Amphitheater’s indoor stage located at 409 Royal Street in Salado.

“Fright Trail” is a guide with facts about respective authors as they lead to scenes from “Macbeth,” “The Invisible Man, “Dracula,” ‘Frankenstein,” “The Mummy’s Curse,” “Phantom of the Opera” and others. “Fright Trail,” requires the assistance of more than 80 volunteers. “A Christmas Carol” follows the plight of Ebenezer Scrooge as a penny-pinching miser in the first degree who particularly detests Christmas. Scrooge is visited, on Christmas Eve by three spirits. The ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future, attempt to show Scrooge the error of his ways and change his outlook on Christmas and caring. “A Christmas Carol” requires the assistance of more than 70 volunteers:  For more information, call Shannon Ashe at 254-760-1358.
