The Temple Cultural Activities Center is hosting an open audition at 10 a.m. Monday for all boys and girls entering grades 1-12.
There is no cost to audition, but pre-registration is requested.
Pre-register at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the audition. If cast, there will be a $75 fee for the week-long camp.
Performances of the play will be 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Aug. 8. The show is open to the public.

A royal party will be held before the 3 p.m. show. Admission is $20 and includes snacks, a chance to make your own crown or tiara, and one adult and child ticket to the show. You must R.S.V.P. for the party by Tuesday.

The Harry Ransom Center at The University of Texas at Austin presents “Fritz Henle: In Search of Beauty.”
The exhibition celebrates the art of photographer Fritz Henle and coincides with the centenary of his birth.
While Henle’s subjects and assignments remained diverse and complex, he always managed to capture the meaning and passion images can reveal.
The exhibit can be seen 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, with Thursday hours extended to 7 p.m. at the Ransom Center.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the galleries are open from noon-5 p.m. The galleries are closed on Mondays.
