Court Martial results:

On Jan. 30 at a General Court-

Martial, a noncommissioned officer assigned to the 4th Sustainment Brigade pled guilty to Drawing Checks without Sufficient Funds. A military judge sentenced her to 30 days confinement and reduction to the grade of E-3.

At a General Court-Martial Feb. 1, a noncommissioned officer assigned to III Corps was found guilty of Larceny, False Official Statement, and Bigamy. An officer panel sentenced her to six months confinement and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.

On Feb. 2 at a Special Court-Martial, a Soldier assigned to the 1st Cavalry Division pled guilty to Absence without Leave and Wrongful Use of D-Methamphetamine. A military judge sentenced him to four monthsconfinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $1,321 pay per month for four months and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.

At a Special Court-Martial Feb. 3, a Soldier assigned to the 1st Cav. Div. pled guilty to Absence without Leave and Wrongful Use of a Controlled Substance. A military judge sentenced him to four months confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $1,245 pay per month for four months and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
