June 26, at a Special Court-Martial, Spc. Amanda Hoff of the 163rd Military Intelligence Battalion, 504th
Battlefield Surveillance Brigade pled guilty to Desertion. The Military Judge sentenced her to eight months confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $994 pay per month for eight months, and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
June 27, at a Special Court-Martial, Pvt. Bobby Ellison of the 1st Battalion, 21st Field Artillery Regiment, 41st Fires Brigade pled guilty to Desertion and Violation of a Lawful Order. The Military Judge sentenced him to 45 days confinement, and reduction to the grade of E-1.
July 5, at a General Court-Martial, Staff Sgt. Sean Adams of the 720th Military Police Battalion, 89th Military Police Brigade pled guilty to Conspiracy,
Wrongful Disposition of Military Property, Larceny and Housebreaking. The Military Judge sentenced him to three years confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
July 10, at a Special Court-Martial, Pfc. Daryl Lavka Jr. of the 2nd Squadron, 3rd Cavalry Regiment was found guilty of Desertion. The Military Judge sentenced him to 45 days confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
July 16, at a Special Court-Martial, Spc. Dustin Kuhl of the 1st Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team pled guilty to Desertion and Absence without Leave. The Military Judge sentenced him to eight months confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, forfeiture of $500 pay per
month for eight months and to be discharged from the service with a Bad-Conduct Discharge.
